Store Manager, RadioShack

Responsibilities of the Store Manager include recruiting, hiring, training, performance management, store operations, store merchandising, inventory management, directing and maximizing sales, and customer care.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years retail experience with at least 2 years in retail store management
• Four year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven track record of success in commission based retail sales
• Must have demonstrated ability to multitask as the business demands, including motivating and training the sales team, managing the store operations and providing superior service to our customers
• Work evenings, weekends and holidays as part of taking responsibility for growing sales through superior customer service, directing employee development and understanding RadioShack business operations

Control Room Operator Job: Power generation company is looking for a Control Room Operator/Shift Engineer with 4-7 years of control room operations experience in a steam power plant. You should have experience with operating high-pressured fossil fuel-fired boilers and a power generation background. You must have a New Jersey Red Seal or Blue Seal license. Client prefers someone with an ASME Provisional QRO Certification. If you do not have one you will need to obtain one within 6 months as well as get a site specific ASME QRO certification. You will be responsible for monitoring the status of all plant systems on a continuous basis. You will respond to alarms by taking appropriate actions and execute plant shut-down and start-up procedures. You need some experience with a DCS, preferably with a Bailey DCS (PC View). You will be working the a rotating shift schedule. You should expect to work around 300-400 hours of overtime every year. Client prefers someone who currently lives in New Jersey, New York, or Pennsylvania or has previously lived in NJ and wants to move back, but will consider all candidates that meet the skill set.
